'Flower Fairy'

The "Flower Fairy" is a gorgeous tutu made using blues, yellow, purple and pinks, topped off with a satin bow in front - choose from a purple, hot pink, or turquoise ribbon! I also added coordinating satin and sparkle ribbons flow throughout this beautiful tutu to make it extra special for that special little girl!
